I love working with Dionne! She is a wealth of knowledge for our clients, goes above and beyond, and is pretty much never not working. This, as a realtor, is huge as things move so quickly in RE and our clients sometimes need pre-qual letters in hours if not minutes. During the loan underwriting process, Dionne does not drop off, but will stay in contact with all parties, especially her underwriting team, to get any questions by the buyers or myself answered ASAP. Dionne also has a great FHA 203k program and knows the ropes there too! She's a 50/10!

As a real estate attorney, dealing with lenders can often be frustrating. That is never the case with Dionne. She is 24/7 available and always on top of things. It's a relief knowing that I will always be able to reach her and that she will always either have the answer or find out the answer and call me back quickly. In short, working with Dionne is a pleasure and it's wonderful knowing that she will work alongside me to make our clients' experience as easy and stress free as possible.
